Online Presence Builder will be available to all of our hosting customers in your Rise Broadband dashboard.
Note: publishing a website using Online Presence Builder will replace any current website you have published on your domain.

New Dashboard
On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, you will be sent a link and log-in credentials to access your new website dashboard. Be sure to bookmark this link for future access.
There are many benefits to our new website hosting services:

Email customers will be able to take advantage of many new features:
• Manage your Rise Broadband account and all of your email accounts in our new dashboard
• Access your email from anywhere using our free online email client, Webmail
• Use Webmail to manage your task list, calendar, contacts and more
• Create email signatures, out-of-office auto-replies and other email settings
• You can also continue to access your email using the email client you have configured
There is no action required to be upgraded.
On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, you will receive an email with your new dashboard link and login credentials to manage your services.

Beginning Tuesday, December 4, 2018, you will be able to log in to a simple online dashboard to manage your existing web hosting files via File or FTP Manager.
On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, you will receive an email with your new dashboard link and login instructions to manage your services. You will be able to manage your website files using easy new applications including File Manager. You can also continue to access your files via FTP, however there will be an FTP freeze from Tuesday, November 27 to Monday, December 3 while we upgrade your account. Please refrain from making changes to your website during this period.

Online Presence Builder – a simple drag-and-drop design program to create modern, mobile-responsive websites. Access Online Presence Builder in your dashboard by selecting "Create and Manage my Website".

Yes. Rise Broadband email customers will be getting access to our new Webmail, which includes great new features such as Task management, social posting, multi-inbox support and more.
You will need to log in on a new Webmail URL: https://webmail.risebroadband.net. Your existing Webmail URL will no longer function as of Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Be sure to update your bookmarks.
Please note: Your current Webmail contact and calendar data will not be available in your new Webmail.
Log in to your new Webmail on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 and take a tour.
As of Tuesday, December 4, 2018, you will have to log in to our new Webmail at https://webmail.risebroadband.net. You will be able to access email, including sending and receiving email and managing your email settings from anywhere online using our Rise Broadband Webmail.
You can also connect supported email clients to access your email, including Microsoft Outlook.
Please note: Your current Webmail calendar and contact data will NOT be available on your new Webmail.
To create and manage email accounts, log into your new hosting dashboard, and select “Add email account” from the main screen. This will launch Mail Manager, where you can create new email accounts, edit existing email accounts, create and manage email aliases and set up email forwarding.
Please log in to your new Rise Broadband dashboard as of Tuesday, December 4, 2018, and open the Mail Manager application for detailed instructions on configuring your email.
